1. Make sure that the electrical power supply
matches the voltage indicated on the mixer.
2. With the mixing head in the tilted up position,
position the bowl, anti-spatter bowl cover and
insert the desired beater.
3. Place the ingredients in the bowl.
4. Push the mixer head tilt release button and
lower the mixing head.
5. Plug the mixer into the electrical wall socket.
6. Turn the speed control knob gradually
increasing the speed to the desired speed level.
7. During the mixing process you can add
ingredients by lifting the lid of the bowl cover
opening [Figure 4].
8. When finished, turn the speed selector to "0".
9. Push the mixer head tilt release to lift the mixing head, and if necessary, remove the
excess of the mixture from the beater with the spatula
Tips • Chilled ingredients (such as butter and eggs) should be mixed at room temperature
so remove them from the refrigerator before mixing.
• It is recommended that eggs are cracked in a separate bowl before adding to the
mixing bowl to prevent small pieces of egg shell from falling into the mixture
.
Caution!
Do not insert any cooking utensil in the mixing bowl while the beaters are
rotating.
• Before cleaning, make sure that the product is unplugged.
• Clean the external parts of the mixer with a damp cloth then dry with a dry cloth.
• Wash the bowl and beaters with water and mild detergent. Rinse with fresh water and dry.
If necessary, these parts may remain submerged for a more thorough washing.
Comments: • • It is much easier to clean the mixer immediately after use.
• Never immerse the mixer base in water or any other liquid.
Attention!
Handle the beaters with special care as they may cause injury.
