Adjustable Box Fan Use Instructions
When the appliance must be disposed of, it is recommended to make
it inoperative.
It is also recommended to render harmless those
parts of the appliance likely to constitute a danger.
This appliance must not be used by children.
Children must not play with the appliance. Keep the
appliance and its cable away from children under 8
years of age.
This appliance can be used by children of 8 years or older and by
persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or by
persons that lack experience and knowledge of the appliance, provi-
ded they have been given complete instructions concerning the safe
use of the appliance and provided that they understand the related
risks.
Safety Instructions
Do not insert objects and/or fingers into the grille when the fan is in
operation.
Always disconnect the fan from the power outlet before moving it
and/or before any cleaning and maintenance operations.
Do not immerse the product, its power cord, and the plug in water
or other liquids. Do not spray water or other liquids on the product,
power cord, or plug.
Keep the power cord and plug away from water and moisture.
Do not use the product if it or its power cord shows visible damage or
malfunctions.
Do not use in the presence of explosive or flammable gases.
Do not use the fan outside or near water containers such as bathro-
oms or laundries. Do not place the fan where it could fall into water,
e.g., near bathtubs, pools, basins, or other containers.
Do not use the fan near curtains, plants, drapes, and near objects
that could get caught in the blades.
Do not place the cord under carpets, rugs, or similar coverings. Po-
sition the cord away from walkways and where there is no risk of
tripping.
In the presence of malfunctions or abnormal noises, immediately stop
the operation of the device.
