If faults occur, please read this user manual to determine whether you have followed all instructions correctly.

The machine must be oiled
Dust and threads in shuttle track
Fabric remains on the teeth of the fabric feeder
The wrong oil was used and clogged the machine
Upper thread not threaded correctly
Thread tension is too high
Needle is bent or blunt
Thread thickness not right for the needle
Needle not inserted correctly
Fabric not pulled through from back at end of seam
Needle plate, bobbin or presser foot is damaged
Lower thread tangles because the thread is wound on to bob-
bin incorrectly
Lower thread is not under the tension spring in the bobbin
case
Needle is inserted incorrectly
Needle is bent
Needle is too fine
Fabric pulled while sewing
Knot in the thread
Upper thread is threaded incorrectly
Needle is inserted incorrectly
Upper thread is threaded incorrectly
Needle and/or thread not suitable for fabric
Fabric too heavy or rigid
Fabric pulled while sewing
Upper thread tension too high
Machine threaded incorrectly
Needle too large for the fabric
