CHARGING THE NEW BATTERY
IMPORTANT: CHARGE THE BATTERY IMMEDIATELY AFTER
PURCHASE, AFTER EACH USE, AND EVERY 30 DAYS WHEN
NOT BEING USED, TO KEEP THE BATTERY FULLY CHARGED.
4.1 Before first time use, charge the battery for at least 18 hours.
Never charge the battery longer than 30 hours.
4.2 Plug the correct connector into the battery.
4.3 Plug the charger into a standard 120 volt wall outlet.
4.4 Charge the battery until the charger indicates "Ready for Use" or
"Full" charge (see charger manual).
NOTE: For maximum battery life, charge the battery to 100%
(Full) every third charge (e.g. quick, quick, full) and at the end of
each use of the vehicle.
4.5 When the battery is charged, unplug the charger from the wall outlet.
4.6 Disconnect the battery from the charger.
4.7 Install the battery into the vehicle (see Battery Replacement section).

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

To replace the battery, refer to the original vehicle owner's manual
for instructions on how to properly remove and install the battery
in your vehicle. Examine the battery for excessive wear, cracks,
bulging or damage each time you charge the battery. If damage
is detected, do not charge the battery; replace it immediately. If
the battery is hot, allow it to cool before charging.
Be sure to check that the battery's connector plug is correctly
connected to the vehicle.
The vehicle is ready for use.
NOTE: The old battery must be disposed of properly (see Battery
Disposal section).
