We refer in this case to the official text of ADR, the driver's knowledge (which must have ADR licence) and the specific obligations that ADR
places on the company both with regard to staff training (cap. 8.2.3 ADr), and the obligation to appoint a consultant enabled for the safe
transport of dangerous goods according to the Decree. February 4, 2000, n. 40.

3.3. MARKING

the CArrytANk, in the version not approved by the Department of transportation under the chap. 6.5 ADr, is devoid of any UN marking
that could allow the inter-modal transport. Its use is permitted on the road, and within the limits of the exemption stated in previous § 3.2.
3.4. LIMIT OF USE
the CArrytANk , in the version not approved by the Department of transportation under the chap. 6.5 ADr, is not subject to the con-

sequent prohibition of use over the 5 years since its construction; however we do not recommend using it beyond this limit because the
mechanical and technological characteristics of the polymer used for construction (PELLD) are subject to natural decay over time, and so
in the long term transport safety conditions may no longer be guaranteed.
