CONNECTION OF THE REMOTE CONTROL
We recommend using original accessories. If you need to connect other remote control accessories or equipment,
ensure that the connection is compatible. Erroneous or faulty connections may cause machine malfunctions and
even damage it.
The remote control potentiometer can be from 4K7 ohms to 20K ohms. A value of 10K ohms is recommended.
See figure below for remote control systems compatible with the Aeroprocess 4000 CC/CV machine.
Using the 56207 accessory it is possible to adjust the welding amperage remotely (setting the minimum and maxi-
mum levels independently).

ANOMALIES AND DEFECTS

The welding machine is equipped with means of protection that let you check the overall condition of the unit. In the
event of any anomaly, the machine will act immediately. The warning light will light up and the main screen will dis-
play the relevant error code or alarm for the anomaly detected.

Anomaly in the supply voltage. The machine monitors the voltage of the network to which
it is connected and if it is not within the correct operating parameters, an error will be ge-
nerated and displayed on the screen with error code 1.
If this type of error occurs, you should check the mains voltage of your system and that
the 3 supply phases are properly connected.
Such an error could also be caused by use of excessively long extension cords or insuffi-
cient cable section.
If the machine is connected to a generator, you must ensure that it meets the recommen-
ded specifications and that the voltage is properly set.
Failure in the main inverter stage.
Calibration error in the welding current transducer.
The machine contains an advanced welding current reading system. This reading being
essential for accurate operation. If at startup, the machine detects an abnormal reading, it
will stop operating and display this error code.
It is advisable to disconnect all accessories connected to the welding power terminals
and turn off the machine for a few minutes.
