Before installing and using the mounting/demounting
help, it is suggested that you become familiar with the
nomenclature of the machine components (Fig. 4-1).
1. Rise/fall control lever
2. Roller
3. Horizontal arm
4. Lower beadholder disk
5. Mobile drive
6. Bead pusher arm
7. Fixing plate
8. Bead pusher tool

4.1 Controls

Before operating the device, ensure that you have
well understood the operation and function of all the
controls.
A. Operate the lever upwards (#1 Fig. 4-1) to raise
the mobile drive and consequently the roller and the
lower disk.
B. Operate the lever downwards (#1 Fig. 4-1) to lower
the mobile drive and consequently the roller and the
lower disk.

4.2 Descriptive signs

(Fig. 4-2)
A Cod.EAL0383G02A. Indicates a crushing hazard
whenever the correct use of the bead pusher arm or
the horizontal arm instructions are not followed.
B Cod.EAL0383G05A. Reccomends reading this user
manual prior to starting.
C Cod.EAL0383G01A. Indicates the direction
(upwards or downwards) of the hydraulic bead pusher
operated with the special lever of the command valve.
