3. Liability/Warrranty

3.1 Liability

RK Rose+Krieger GmbH will not accept any liability for structural changes by third parties or mo-
difications to protective devices for the controllers or hand switches, or any changes to the
electrical equipment and its controllers.
The manufacturer's declaration becomes null and void.
Only original spare parts should be used for repairs and maintenance.
RK Rose+Krieger GmbH does not accept liability for spare parts which it has not inspected and
approved.
Safety-related devices must be checked at least once a year for serviceability, damage and
completeness.
We reserve the right to make technical changes without notice.

3.2 Product monitoring

RK Rose+Krieger GmbH offers you state of the art products compliant with current safety stand-
ards.
Please tell us immediately if you experience repeated failures or faults.

3.3 Installation instructions language

The original version of these installation instructions was produced in the official EU language
used by the manufacturer of this incomplete machine.
Translations into other languages are translations of the original version and the legal provisions
of the Machines Directive apply to these.

3.4 Copyright

Individual reproductions, e.g. copies and printouts, may only be made for private use. Production
and distribution of further reproductions is permitted only with explicit approval from RK
Rose+Krieger GmbH. The user is personally responsible for complying with statutory regulations
and may be liable for misuse.
