2.1. VOLTAGE MEASUREMENT

„ Connect the red lead to the + terminal and the black lead to the COM terminal.
„ Set the switch to V
voltage.
„ Place the probe tips on the element to be tested, starting with the black
probe tip, and maintain firm contact.
„ The voltage is displayed.
„ At the end of the measurement, disconnect the + terminal first, then the
COM terminal.
Before turning the switch, withdraw the probe tips from the circuit being
tested.
