6.3.1.- Product covering.
Uninterruptible power supply, model SOHO.
6.3.2.- Warranty terms.
SALICRU guarantees the product against any defect in both, parts and manpower for a period of 24 months from the factory
delivery date. In case of faulire in the product during the warranty period, SALICRU must replace the product free.
6.3.3.- Exclusions.
SALICRU is not forced by the warranty if the failure in the product doesn't exist or was caused by a a wrong use, negligence,
unsuitable installation and/or testing, repairing intention or non-authorised modifications, or any other cause beyond the
foreseen use, or by accident, fire, lightnings or other dangers. Also the compensations for damages and injuries are not
covered.
6.4.- Technical Service Network.
The Service and Technical Support (S.T.S.) points covering, either national or international are the following:
National level:
Andorra, Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao, Gijon, A Coruña, Las Palmas de G.Canaria, Malaga, Murcia, Palma de Mallorca, San
Sebastian, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Seville, Taco (La Laguna - Tenerife), Valencia and Zaragoza.
International level:
France, Brasil,
Hungary, Portugal, Singapore, U.K., China, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina,
Poland, Philippines, Malaysia, Morocco, Pakistan, Thailand, Emirates Arabs United, Egypt, Australia and New Zealand.
