unit is ON when you are not receiving sound from the baby unit. If they are linked,
the "Link" light on the Parent Unit (8) will remain on (not flashing) and if they are
not connected the display will show "Not linked" and the green "Link" light on the
Parent Unit (8) will flash.
5.3. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
No reception on the
parent unit
The "Link" light on the
parent unit (5) is flashing
and the parent unit cannot
hear the sounds from the
baby's room.
Is not possible to hear the
baby on the parent unit,
but the "Link" light is still
glowing steadily.
The power LED on the
parent unit (4) is flashing.
Your baby monitor is
emitting a high noise.
Possible Cause – things to do/check
· AC/DC adaptor has not been connected.
· No battery power in parent unit (check LED
indicator).
· Parent Unit has not been switched on.
· Parent unit Out of range: move closer to the
baby unit and wait 5 seconds for the Link" to
be established.
· The baby unit may not be transmitting (either
not powered or out of range)
· The parent unit may have been moved out of
range: move closer to the baby unit and wait 5
seconds for the Link" to be established.
· The link between the parent unit ant the baby
unit has been lost: you may need to re-establish
the "Link" between the two units, please see
PAIRING section.
· The volume is OFF in the parent unit: check the
volume is turned up on the parent unit.
· The rechargeable batteries are nearly exhausted:
put the parent unit onto the charger pod.
· This may happen if your parent and baby units
are too close together: move them further apart.
