To mount the misting kit using hanging mounts:
 Attach hanging mounts to the misting tube. Each mount
should be placed about 3 inches on either side of the
brass nozzles.
 Using a hammer, install the hanging mounts and misting
tube.
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the misting tube during
installation.
 Reinstall the misting tube to the T-filter and ensure the
o-ring has remained in the coupler.
WARNING:
Do not allow familiarity with products to make you
careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a second
is sufficient to inflict serious injury.
WARNING:
Keep water and mist discharge pointed away from all
electrical devices to reduce the risk of electrocution or
electric shock.
WARNING:
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this product. The
use of attachments or accessories not recommended
can result in serious personal injury.
APPLICATIONS
You may use this product for the following purposes:
 Outdoor cooling
 Dust control
 Watering plants
WARNING:
Do not use this misting kit to spray pesticides, liquid
fertilizers, or any other chemicals. Spraying these

ASSEMBLY
To mount the misting kit using alligator clamps:
 Use the plastic straps on the alligator clamps to secure
the misting tube to the clamps.
 Squeeze the ends of the clamp to open the clamp mouth
and install the misting kit in a suitable location.
 Reinstall the misting tube to the garden hose and ensure
the o-ring has remained in the coupler.

Ensure all components of misting kit are properly
assembled and installed prior to operation and that the
system does not leak water. Improper hose connections
and/or leaks can result in a slippery surface and create
a slip and fall hazard.

OPERATION

USING THE MISTING KIT
See Figure 8, page 9.
WARNING:
Ensure that the misting kit does not leak water. Leaks
can result in a slippery surface and create a slip and fall
hazard.
 Flush and test the system for leaks, then assemble the
unit for normal operation as described in the Assembly
section.
 With the misting kit mounted in your desired location,
away from electrical devices and switches, turn the hose
faucet completely on and allow the system to pressurize.
 After adequate pressure is reached, water should mist
from the nozzles to the surface below. If misting does
not occur within 10 - 45 seconds, turn the hose faucet
completely off and see Troubleshooting later in this
manual.
NOTE: Times may vary depending on the length of your
garden hose.
To turn off the misting kit:
 Turn the hose faucet completely off and disconnect the
misting tube from the T-filter.
 Allow water to drain from the misting tube coupler until
there is no more water in the system.
 Ensure that the water is drained in an area where it will
not create a slippery surface and slip and fall hazard.
