Installation of mounting rails (inclination angle 20°) and shelves
(toolholders SK, HSK, VDI) for modular cabinets
At height grid 20 : 20 mm a pair of mounting rails can be inserted into the
DE
socket strip down the side of the cabinet (inclination angle 16°). Each pair
of mounting rails can carry a maximum of 3 shelves (for toolholders SK HSK,
VDI). The M6 Sertin notched cone nuts supplied are twisted and plugged into
the mounting rail, and secured with an M6 socket-head screw.
Installation of grinding wheel carriers cabinets
A pair of mounting rails (1) are inserted horizontally in the socket strip (2)
and pushed down (3) so that all the studs in the mounting rails engage in the
EN
socket strip. A grinding wheel carrier is inserted into the mounting rails so
that the pins engage in the holes.

It is essential that the grinding wheel carriers are secured with 4
retaining springs, to prevent the grinding wheel carriers tipping
accidentally.
