Working with the TITRONIC
110 plus Piston Burette
Item 4: < --- > button
For as long as this button is held depressed, reagent is ejected at the rate selected with the rotary switch.
Thereby the ejected volume is shown continuously by the display on the piston burette. Briefly pressing
the pushbutton (< 0.3 sec.) allows accurate dosing of down to 0.001 ml with the TA 01 and TA 05 inter-
changeable units, or down to 0.01 ml with the TA 10, TA 20, and TA 50 interchangeable units. It is also
possible to titrate more than the volume of the interchangeable unit.
Item 5 : <- - -> button
If this button is pressed, volumes are ejected in steps of 0.010 ml for burette volumes 1 ml or 5 ml, or in
steps of 0.10 ml for burette volumes 10 ml, 20 ml or 50 ml. The step size of the titration steps is firmly pro-
grammed and cannot be changed externally. A brief actuation of the button will suffice; prolonged press-
ing has no further effect.

Parameterising the TITRONIC
110 plus Piston Burette using a keyboard
®
The TITRONIC
110 plus Piston Burette can be parameterised for various tasks. This requires a multi-
functional keyboard with a PS2 port.
It is also possible to use a mini keyboard. In cases of doubt, please consult your keyboard dealer whether
the keyboard in question is suitable.
The PC keyboard of the TZ 2835 type from SCHOTT-GERÄTE will in any case fit for the system. This
keyboard comes with an adhesive label which can be attached above the function-key bar to identify the
functions of the keys clearly.
