9. Troubleshooting
When trouble is found, please check the followings prior to consulting your dealer.
Problem
Item to Check
The Tip does not
No / Poor
generate vibration, in
spite of depressing

Cause
Tighten the Tip until the Tip Wrench clicks.
Replace the Tip.
Adjust the power on the Power Guide or
Tip case label. Do not exceed.
Adjust the power level the Power Guide or
Tip case label. Do not exceed.
Tighten the Tip until the Tip Wrench clicks.
Adjust the power level on the Power Guide
or Tip case label. Do not exceed.
Tighten the Tip until the Tip Wrench clicks.
Contact dealer.*
Adjust the power level on the Power Guide

Check the water circuitry and supply to the
Unit Chair.
Turn the water adjustment dial and set it to
an appropriate water colume.
Contact dealer.*
Air it with the appliances such as
syringes from the rear of the handpiece.
If it is still unsolved, contact dealer.
Replace with new O-Ring (Refer to 6 6-2
Changing O-Ring).
Firmly insert the handpiece into the
Handpiece Cord inmost.
Contact dealer.*
