5.0 Mounting
NB: The base must be level. Max. 1 mm/m tolerance. This is extremely
important to ensure that the rest of the installation is correct.
All stones must be level. This has to be checked for each new
layer of stones. If necessary use small pieces of steel or silicon
to adjust the height of the stones.
Important!
Bear in mind that the stones may be damaged if they are
handled roughly. Do not knock the mounting brackets too hard.
Installation should be carried out by a qualified person.

Lay the insert carefully down on its back. You can put the
cardboard packaging on the floor to protect it from scratches,
etc.
Mount the three cassette legs (Fig. 6 A).

Screw the foot screws (Fig. 6 B) into the legs. Adjust to the

required length (see Fig. 1).

Stand the insert up carefully.

1. Position the smoke outlet (Fig. 7 A), which is packed in the box,
on the top of the insert so that the screw (Fig. 7 D) attached
to it is facing forwards.
2. Place a clamping iron (Fig. 7 B) on each side and attach with
a M8 x 30 mm screw (Fig. 7 C) and nut.

Fit the console, consisting of the bottom plate (Fig. 8 A), 4
legs (Fig. 8 B) and top plate (Fig. 8 C).
It is important that the front legs are fitted exactly as shown
in Fig. 8 D.
Stand the console in its proper place and make sure the
clearance to the wall is at least 50 mm.
The base and the console must be perfectly level (Fig. 8 E).
This is extremely important to ensure that the rest of the
installation is correct.
