Batterie der Fernbedienung

1) Die Verriegelung des Batteriehalters nach links
drücken (1. Pfeil in Abb. 5) und gleichzeitig den
Halter nach unten herausziehen (2. Pfeil).

2) Die alte Batterie herausnehmen und die neue
Batterie (3-V-Knopfzelle, Typ CR 2025) einset-
zen. Dabei darauf achten, dass der Pluspol der
Batterie im Halter nach oben zeigt.
3) Den Halter zurück in die Fernbedienung schieben.
Werfen Sie verbrauchte Batterien nicht in
den Hausmüll, sondern geben Sie sie nur
in den Sondermüll (z. B. Sammelbehälter
bei Ihrem Elektrofachhändler).

Pflege des Gerätes
Das Gerät vor Staub, Vibrationen, direktem Sonnen-
licht und Feuchtigkeit schützen. Für die Reinigung
nur ein weiches, trockenes Tuch verwenden, auf kei-
nen Fall Wasser oder Chemikalien.
Hinweis zu Tonaussetzern und Lesefehlern
Zigarettenrauch und Staub dringen leicht durch alle
Öffnungen des Gerätes und setzen sich auch auf
der Optik des Laser-Abtastsystems ab. Sollte dieser
Belag zu Lesefehlern und Tonaussetzern führen,
muss das Gerät in einer Fachwerkstatt gereinigt
werden. Diese Reinigung ist kostenpflichtig, auch
während der Garantiezeit!

Replacing the Battery of the
Remote Control
1) Push the locking of the battery support to the left
(1st arrow in fig. 5) and at the same time remove
the support downward (2nd arrow).

2) Remove the old battery and insert the new one
(3 V button cell, type CR 2025). Make sure that
the positive pole of the battery in the support
points upwards.
3) Slide the support back into the remote control.
Do not put exhausted batteries into the
household rubbish but take them to a spe-
cial waste disposal (e. g. collective con-
tainer at your retailer).

Maintenance of the Unit
Protect the unit from dust, vibrations, direct sunlight,
and humidity. For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth;
never use water or chemicals.
Note concerning sound interruptions and read-
ing errors
Cigarette smoke and dust will easily penetrate
through all openings of the unit and will also settle on
the optics of the laser sampling system. If this
deposit should cause reading errors and sound
interruptions, the unit must be cleaned by skilled per-
