1 Switch for the white lighting – area which is illumi-
nated.
A green indicator light in the switch also comes on.
2 Switch for the therapy – switches on the blue photo-
therapy lamps and hour meter (3).

3 Hour meter – records operating time for blue
phototherapy lamps.
4 Handles for attaching the phototherapy lamp to the
stand and for carrying, are situated to the left and
right of the unit.
5 Mains inlet with built-in fuse drawer.
6 Mains switch selector (only for phototherapy lamps
with 90 - 100 V, 110-115 and 120-127 V).
7 Rating plate.
Stand
8 Arms to hold the phototherapy lamp. During normal
use the lamp is secure when the handles are fitted
into the arm notches.
9 Screw for adjusting the angle of the phototherapy
lamp up to 30°.
10 Clamp to adjust the height of the phototherapy lamp
between 1070 and 1620 mm (from the underside of
lamp).
11 Stand with castors for positioning the phototherapy
lamp over an incubator or a warming cot.
12 Castors with brakes (where applicable) for locking
the stand in position.
