Warnings
Always follow the warning and operating instructions that come with the delivery when using
the Pizza Box.
ONLY APPROPRIATE FOR USE OUTDOORS!
Keep these safety and assembly instructions in a safe place!
Always follow the instructions and warnings to avoid injuries or fires. The Pizza Box in combina-
tion with a barbecue is only suitable for use outdoors. Observe the care and cleaning instruc-
tions.
Please read through the operating instructions that come with this Pizza Box in detail and at-
tentively.
You should always use heat-resistant gloves and appropriate tools (e.g. Buschbeck pizza slide)
for the protection and hands when using the hot pizza box.
CAUTION!
The appliance becomes very hot during operation!
Please keep small children and pets away from your barbecue at all times. Only clean and move
the Pizza Box once it has completely cooled down.
Never leave your grill and the Pizza Box unattended if they are in operation!
In order to avoid injuries please never lean directly over the barbecue or get too close to the
barbecue.
The stability of the gas or charcoal barbecue can be impaired by the added weight.
When using it on a gas barbecue: Please ensure that the gas tube does not become a tripping
hazard!
CAUTION!
DO NOT USE THE CERAMIC PLATE ABOVE A NAKED FLAME!!!
WARNING!
The ceramic plate gets extremely hot and also remains at this temperature for a long period
after use. Always allow the ceramic plate to completely cool down before touching it.
CAUTION!
Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations on the ceramic plate. Do not place any unthawed fro-
zen food on the hot ceramic plate.
CAUTION!
Use the ceramic plate with care! The plate is sensitive and can be fractured, if it is jolted or al-
lowed to fall! Do not use a damaged plate!

USE AND CARE
Rinse off with warm water before use.

Do not use any soap or solvents on the plate.

The ceramic plate is not appropriate for the dishwasher.

Allow the ceramic plate to completely cool down before you clean it! Never rinse it off when

it is hot!
Apply a thin layer of flour on ceramic to prevent food from sticking to it.

Do not soak the ceramic plate in water! Always only cleaning under running water!
■
Please use a scraper or spatula to remove hardened residues from the ceramic plate.

TRACES OF USAGE
The ceramic plate will naturally discolour over time. That is normal and does not impair its
■
functionality.
USE
Please only place pasta directly on the ceramic plate!!

If foods other than pizza or bread are placed directly on the ceramic panel the taste of
■
products that are baked in the future can be influenced by this.
Remove the four screws from the brackets on
the front side of the box.
Insert the ceramic plate carefully whilst taking
account of the fact that plate must be inserted
between the duct on the rear side.
Now attach the two brackets again with the
corresponding screws.
Detach the bolt from the thread of the ther-
mometer. Now insert the thermometer into
the hole in the lid and tighten the bolt within
the Pizza Box.
