4.3 Additional functions

4.3.1 Display representation
When the unit is installed upside down, the infor-
mation on the display can be turned by 180° so that
it does not appear to be upside down.
1) Press the button MENU repeatedly until
appears on the display.
2) Use the button UP or DOWN to switch to the
setting
3) Press the button ENTER to save the setting.
4.3.2 Rotation direction of the LED bar
If two or more BEAM-8/RGBW are synchronously
controlled via the same DMX start address or if
they are operated in the slave mode, the rotation of
the LED bar can be set to opposite directions for
one or more units. Thus, with a pair of units, one
LED bar will rotate clockwise and the other LED bar
counter-clockwise. To change the rotation direction
of a unit:
1) Press the button MENU repeatedly until
appears on the display.
2) Use the button UP or DOWN to switch to the
setting
3) Press the button ENTER to save the setting.

4.3.3 Reset (restart)
If the unit cannot be controlled properly during
operation or if the LED bar has been displaced by
external effects, select the menu item
press the button ENTER to restart the unit.
In the 39-channel mode, the unit can also be
reset via the light controller (
6, part 2, last line).
4.3.4 Resetting the unit to its factory settings
The factory settings of the unit are as follows:
