11. Press the pulse activation button (3). The appliance immediately verifies
the skin colour: if the skin colour is fair enough for a safe application, the
appliance emits the light pulse on the skin together with a sound and
the ready-for-use LEDs (7) go off. A slight tingling sensation may be felt.
Note: if the appliance does not emit a light pulse and the skin colour check
LEDs (7A) flash, the skin tone is too dark for a safe application. Try to use
the appliance on another part of the body.
12. Remove the treatment surface (6A-16A) from the treated area.
13. A few seconds (depending on the power level set) after the previous
pulse is emitted, the skin colour/device-is-ready LED (7) goes on again.
14. Select the application mode to continue the treatment.
By pulse Method
15A.Move the treatment surface (6A-16A) to another section. Use the pressure
marks left previously to place the treatment surface on the adjacent section,
avoiding overlapped pulses (See "Covering the entire treatment area").
16. Repeat the process, starting from point 10, until the entire area to be
treated is covered.
Sliding Method
15B.Keep the pulse activation button (3) pressed and slide the device in a
slow gliding motion while remaining in contact with the skin, along the
area to be treated.
At lower power levels (1 and 2), the device takes only 1 to 1.5 seconds to
recharge between one pulse and another, thereby allowing an uninterrupted
sequence of flashes.
Make sure the entire area you intend to treat is covered while avoiding
to go over the same area a number of timed during the same session.

features refer to the external packaging)
If you wish to use the precision lamp (16) for smaller areas or where more
precision is required, proceed as follows:
Before applying the precision lamp (16), emit a light pulse in the area that
is to be treated with the standard lamp (6), following the user instructions
from 7 to 13. This will allow the skin colour sensor (6B) to verify the tone
of the skin that is to be treated and prevent the pulse from being emitted
if it is too dark.
Press the switch-on/stand-by button (11) after
emitting a pulse: the switch-on LED (12) goes
off and the standby LED (10) goes on.
Remove the lamp (6) from the handpiece by
grasping and pulling it gently upwards to release it.
Insert the precision lamp (16) into the handpiece by pressing gently.
Follow the user instructions from point 7 to point 19, being careful not to
