MAINTENANCE

CLEANING AND STORING

It is recommended to clean the appliance and the treatment surface (6A-16A)
after each hair removal session:
Disconnect the appliance from the adaptor (15) before cleaning it.
Clean the surface of the handpiece and the treatment surface (6A-16A)
gently, with a dry, clean cloth.
Store the appliance in a cool dry place, away from heat and water.
ATTENTION:
Never place the appliance or any of its parts in water!
REpLACING THE LAMp (6 or 16)
When 100 available light pulses remain, the the lamp replacement
LED (14) starts to flash.
When the pulses are about to end, the lamp replacement LED (14) starts
flashing faster.
When no more lamp (6-16) pulses are left, the lamp replacement LED
(14) remains on and no further pulses can be emitted.
The lamp (6-16) must be replaced with an original one for the relative
model in order to continue the treatment session.

Note: do not use the lamp and have it replaced if large stains appear inside
the lamp (6-16) or the treatment surface (6A-16A) is cracked or broken.
1. Press the switch-on/stand-by button (11) to set
the appliance in Stand-by mode.
2. Disconnect the adaptor (15) from the socket.
3. Remove the lamp (6 or 16) from the handpiece
by grasping and pulling it gently upwards to
release it.
4.
Unwrap a new lamp (6 or 16).
5.
Insert the new lamp (6 or 16) into the handpiece
by pressing gently.
Note
After having replaced the lamp (6 or 16) with a new one, always set the power
level to a lower one than that used normally. Increase the power level for the
subsequent session only if no abnormal discomfort is felt during or after the
treatment.
