Is the input at the power control board
120VAC ( 108V < 132V ) and Neutral (GND)?

Is the input at the heater conne on 120V?

Is AC heater resistance in range?
N3104: 66 + 4 Ohm
N3141 / N3150: 48 + 4 Ohm
