■ Unscrew the quick connect nipple
[2-5] from the dry jet blow gun air
connection [2-4].
Attaching a new quick connect
nipple
■ Screw the quick connect nipple
[2-5] onto the air connection of
the dry jet blow gun [2-4] (torque:
1 Nm).

■ Take the sieve [2-1] out of the
filter holder [2-2].
Inserting a new sieve
Information!
The sieve is symmetrical. It can
be installed in any direction.
■ Press the sieve [2-1] into the filter
holder [2-2] .

■ Remove the filter holder [2-2]
from the rear nozzle [2-3] of the
dry jet blow gun.
Attaching a new filter holder
■ Slide the filter holder [2-2] onto
the rear nozzle [2-3] of the dry jet
blow gun.

10.5. Cleaning the dry jet
blow gun
Notice!
Damage to device due to im-
proper cleaning
Immersion in solvents or clean-
ing agents, or using an ultrasonic
cleaner can damage the dry jet
blow gun.
→ Do not place the dry jet blow
gun in solvents or cleaning
agents.
→ Do not clean the dry jet blow
gun with an ultrasonic cleaner.
Information!
The dry jet blow gun will become
clogged quickly if it is not protect-
ed from contaminants during the
painting process.
Information!
The sieve cannot be cleaned
and needs to be replaced when
clogged (see Chap. 10.3).
■ Clean the exterior of the dry jet
blow gun with a cloth soaked in
cleaning agent.

lists malfunctions, causes and rem-
edies.
If the faults or malfunctions cannot
