Measure the toothed belt tension

Correcting the toothed belt tension
•
Loosen the fastening bolts of the locking plate.
•
Maximum distance between adapter and housing = 0.20 mm.
•
Screw in the tensioning screw (fig. 7).
•
Tighten up the fastening bolts of the locking plate to 10 Nm (fig. 8).
•
Measure the toothed belt tension.
Repeat the installation steps to set the toothed belt tension until the values specified in the
toothed belt tension table are measured.
