1) Insert one gasket into
each connector and fasten
them to each of the supply
stop valves. Use a wrench
to tighten.
2) Find the gaskets in the
cap nuts of the cold/hot
water supply hoses. Screw
them on the connector,
then use a wrench to
fasten.
3) Find the gaskets in the
cap nuts of the connecting
hoses. Screw them onto
the shank body, then use a
wrench to fasten them.
C AUTION: The connect-
ing hoses should cross
each other as shown in
the figure to the right.
1) Place the handle escutcheon and then the spacer on top
of the valve unit. Fasten the hex nut to the valve unit to
secure.
2) Place the adapter on top of the valve spindle and ensure
it is fully seated. Place the handle onto the adapter and
secure it by fastening the screw to the valve.
3) Insert the handle cap into the handle.
CAUTION:
• Place the spacer with the small hole facing up.
• Adjust the hot/cold escutcheons so that they are in line
with each other as shown below. Use a wrench to fasten the
hex nuts.
• When installing, orient the handle such that the knob is
adjacent to the text as shown in the diagram below:

CAUTIONS FOR INSTALLING THE FLEX
HOSES:
Shank Body
• The minimum bending radius of the hose is
Gasket 2-3/8"(60mm). If it is bent over this limit, it
may fail and cause damage.
Cap Nut
• During installation, do not bend the hose
from the end surface of the main faucet body
too far.
Cold Water
• Do not pull the hose violently. This may break

• Avoid any unnecessary contact of similar
hoses. If the external reinforced layer of the
hose is damaged due to friction, the hose
performance will deteriorate.
