11) There's no cleanings with pressure loss.
Check that the connectors at the solenoid's bases are correctly plugged in, and that the safety bolts are tight. Check
that the valve to the auxiliary filter is open.
It is possible that the pressure connections to presostat or sensors are incorrectly connected or adjusted. The sole-
noids or the three ways valves may be on incorrect manual position.
12) Suckers problems
If the suckers leak at the start when applying pressure, or a foreign body has entered inside, close the optional
shutoff valve or neutralize the pressure before disassembly (unscrewing from its base). Clean, screw again and open
the shutoff valve.
Start after prolonged stop.
13) Restart increasing the pressure slowly. Make two or three consecutive cleansings, pushing the manual pushbut-
ton at the control board. Check it doesn't reach the system's maximal operating pressure.
14) The screen may be compacted and dry by the contaminants. Disassemble and clean following the manual ins-
tructions and pictures.
15) The programmer is equipped with a counter showing the number of cleansings done. If you reset to zero,
annotate the number. Some controllers have a total counter.
16) Change diaphragms and seals each 14.000 cycles.
17) Clean the solenoids when the yellow draining microtubes get obstructed.
18) See the first set up to find the fault better.
19) To verify the cartridge and the possible obstructions for sand nailed on the mesh, depositions of lime or iron.
To clean manually or with acids in their case.
20) To exchange gauges or to substitute them for new ones.
21) To clean the auxiliary filter of the hydraulic control circuit.
Elevated frecuency of washings or continuous washing
22) To verify if the cartridge is dirty.
23) It is possible that the quality of water has worsened. In that case to
diminish flow or to place more filters.
24) High flow to the beginning of the watering. High headloss takes place
and the devices of differential pressure control detect dirty filter erroneously. To
install a flow constrainer valve or a manual valve of slow opening toward the
watering.
25) To verify that the entire drainage outlet, included that of the valve of dirty water discharge, be to free atmos-
phere. Moreover, verify that the drainage flow is not impelling or in ascension.
26) To operate according to the starting up instructions.
Washing does not take place
27) To verify minimum pressures maintained during the whole washing cycle and the minimum washing flows
according to table for each filter model.
28) Auxiliary filter blocked. To clean.
29) Connection microtubes, needle valves, jets, cebollos or solenoids (if it is electric) blinded by depositions. To
clean with acid or to substitute.
30) Watertightness joints are worn-out or membranes are perforated. To verify and to change.
to change all, included the interior ones, for security.
