P. The orange Ethernet connection indicator does not light up.
C. You are not connected to any network.
S. Check that the network connection cable is correct.
P. The RJ-45 connector indicators (LINK and DATA) are not blinking.
C. The SS module is not configured or streaming has stopped.
S. Configure all the parameters of the module and click the Start button to commence streaming.
P. The green indicator showing Ethernet activity is blinking although the module has not yet been configured.
C. The module is receiving data traffic from some other source (e.g. another streamer or PC) and is connec-
ted to a switch that does not have IGMP or does not have this function enabled.
S. Check that the switch has the IGMP protocol and that this function is enabled.
