DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT

4.1 INTENDED USE

The boiler is designed to heat water intended for domestic heating and DHW.
Permissible function
Heating water intended for
domestic heating and DHW.
The machine is designed and built to work safely if:
▪ it is installed up to standard and in compliance with technical regulations in force in the
country of installation.
▪ it is used within the limits stated in the contract and in this manual;
▪ the procedures in the user manual are followed;
▪ routine maintenance is carried out within the times and in the manner indicated;
▪ extraordinary maintenance is promptly carried out if necessary;
▪ the safety devices are not removed and/or bypassed.

4.1.1. REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE

Reasonably foreseeable misuse is listed below:
▪ heating food;
▪ heating areas with a risk of fire and/or explosion;
▪ drying clothes or similar.
Any other use of the machine other than the one intended must first be authorised in writing
by the Manufacturer. In the absence of this written authorisation, the use is considered as
"misuse"; therefore, the Manufacturer declines any liability for damages or harm caused to
property or persons and any kind of warranty shall be rendered null and void.

4.2 OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

4.2.1. OBLIGATIONS

▪ Read this instruction manual before performing any operation on the boiler.
▪ Do not use the boiler improperly, i.e. for uses other than those listed in the "INTENDED
USE" paragraph.
▪ Always perform maintenance with the boiler switched off.
▪ Connect the boiler to an approved flue.
▪ Connect the boiler to the extraction system by means of a pipe or air inlet from outside.
▪ Clean the boiler following the times specified in this manual.
▪ Only use original replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer.
▪ It is strictly forbidden to use flammable liquid fuels for ignition.
▪ It is strictly forbidden to install the boiler in bedrooms, bathrooms or in rooms already containing
a heating unit without an independent air supply.
▪ Keep objects that are not heat-resistant and/or flammable at a safe distance.
▪ Only feed the stove with wood pellets having the characteristics described in this manual.
