GENERAL HAmNTENANCE
The pressure washer warranty does not cover items that
have been subjected to operator abuse or negHigence.To
receive fuHH vaHue from the warranty, the operator must
maintain the pressure washer as instructed in ths manual

properHy maintain your pressure washer.
o AHHmaintenance in this manuaH and the engine owner's
manuaH shouHd be made at Heast once each season.
" Once a year you shouHd dean or repHace the spark pHug,
dean or repHace the air fiker and check the spray gun and
nozzHe extension assembHy for wear.A new spark pHug and
dean air fiHter assure proper fueHoair mixture and hemp your
engine run better and last longer. Please refer to your
engine owner's manua[ for more detaiHs.
o [f equipped with inflatabHe tires, keep the air pressure at
the vaHue marked on the tire or within [ 5 and 40 psi.
Before Each Use
o Check engine oiH level
Check water inHet screen for damage,
Check inoHine fiHter for damage,
Check high pressure hose for Heaks.
Check chemicaH injection hose and fiker for damage.
Check spray gun and nozzHe extension for [eaks.
Rinse out garden hose to flush out debris.

MAINTENANCE
Check and Clean Inlet Screen
Examine the screen on the water inHet. CHean it if the
screen is dogged or repHace it if screen is damaged.
Pressure
Hose
The high pressure hose can deveHop Heaks from wear,
kinking, or abuse. Inspect the hose each time before using
it. Check for cuts, Heaks, abrasions or buHging of cover,
damage or movement of coupHings. If any of these
conditions exist, repHace the hose immediateHy.
WARNING
NEVER repair high pressure hose. Replace it
Replacement hose rating MUST exceed maximum pressure
rating of unit.
Check Chemical [n_ection Hose
Examine the fiker on the detergent tube and dean if
dogged.The tube shouHd fit tightHy on the barbed fitting.
Examine the tube for Heaks or tears. RepHace the fiHter or
tube if either is damaged.
Check Gun and Nozzle Extension
Examine the hose connection to the spray gun and make
sure it is secure.Test the trigger by pressing it and making
sure it "springs bacH<" into pilate when you reHease it. Put
the trigger Hock in the ON position and test the trigger.
