Problem
The UPS cannot power on
after pressing the ON button
Note: When you contact the service center, please provide the following information:
1. Model No. and the serial No. of the UPS.
2. The date when the problem arose.
3. Complete description of the problem, including the LED display, alarm warning, and power condition and load capacity. If
your UPS is a long backup time model, you may also provide the battery information.

Solution
Press the "ON" button for more than 1 second.
Check the battery or recharge the battery.
