To change volume:
1.
Place your fi nger on the volume control dial or adjust from the edge of the
Neptune Connect
2.
Turn the dial to the desired setting. Turn the dial in a clockwise direction to
increase or a counter-clockwise direction to decrease the volume
Note: You may need to sync the Neptune Connect with the sound processor prior
to changing the volume.
The volume range available within a program can be changed or disabled by your
implant professional in the SoundWave™ fi tting software. If you have any questions
about your specifi c volume range setting, please contact your implant center.

Changing Sensitivity

Volume
The sensitivity control adjusts the softest sound that can be picked up by your
microphone. Sensitivity dial adjustments are managed differently depending on
whether the Neptune Connect has remained on the sound processor or has been
disconnected during use.
If the Neptune Connect has remained attached to the sound processor during use,
changes take effect immediately. If the Neptune Connect has been removed and
the settings changed, the processor and Neptune Connect should be synced before
sensitivity dial changes will take effect. For more information refer to the 'Sync Light'
section of the User Guide.
To change sensitivity:
1.
Place your fi nger on the sensitivity control dial or adjust from the edge of the
Neptune Connect.
2.
Turn the dial to the desired setting. Turn the dial in a clockwise direction to
increase or a counter-clockwise direction to decrease the sensitivity setting.
Note: You may need to sync the Neptune Connect with the processor prior to
changing sensitivity.
