Replace the fine filter cartridge every 6 months or when there is a pres-
sure difference of 1 bar between intake and outlet pressure.
Activated charcoal filter
The activated charcoal filter cleans the breathing air by removing vapours and
gases.
The activated charcoal filter must always be preceded by a fine filter
stage (filter stage 2).
Replace the activated charcoal filter every 3 months.
Replace fine / activated charcoal filter cartridge
Warning!
Risk of injury if compressed air filter has not been vented
When working on compressed air filters that have not been vented, it is
possible for compressed air to escape suddenly and cause injuries.
→ Before performing any work to compressed air filters, open them
completely at the bleeder valve.
Notice!
To avoid confusion and incorrect installation of the filter cartridges,
both the cartridges and the threaded rods of the filter cartridges are
colour-coded (blue = fine filter, black = activated charcoal filter). Always
check that the colour codes match for each filter stage.
