5.3 Dispensing programmable doses

Once the single or double dose key is pressed, the CPU will store this key in its memory as the only active
key for the next serving for models with a micro.
Models Instant models with no micro (MICRO NO)
For models without a micro, the ground coffee will be served using the touch keypad.
Pressing a dispensing key (single or double), grinding will start and the display will show the countdown of
the selected dose; once dispensing is completed, the display will show a value of 00.0 for 2 seconds. If the
continuous dose is pressed (symbol ∞) the grinder-dispenser will work in start/stop mode (there is a safety
stop after 3 minutes).
Instant models with micro (MICRO NO)
When preselecting the desired dose (single or double) in standby, the display will show the programmed time
for the dose; then if the micro is activated, grinding will start and the countdown will start on the display;
once dispensing is completed, the display will show a value of 00.0 for 2 seconds.
The dispensing of the ground coffee will only start when the micro 13 is activated by the filter cup.
After this time has passed, the display will again show the dose time related to the key illuminated with high
intensity (that is, the one active for subsequent dispensing).
Smart Instant models (IR)
The Smart system will recognize the cup (single or double) automatically, the delivery of ground coffee will
take place only when the micro is activated 13 through the filter holder. The display will start the countdown
of the dose detected by the system; after the delivery, the display will show the value 00.0 for 2 seconds.
Pressing the continuous dose (symbol ∞) the grinder will work in start/stop mode (a safety stop will be acti-
vated after 3 minutes).

5.4 Continuous dispensing

The continuous dispensing key (∞) starts the grinding without having to activate the micro.
For safety reasons, there will be a time delay of 1 second between touching the continuous key and starting
with the dispensing; this prevents involuntary starts. To stop the dispensing, simply touch the same key (∞).
During continuous dispensing, the display will show inF.
