Malfunction

Possible Cause
Distance of the exhaust
hood from welding position
too great.
Clean air outlet covered.
Extraction power too low,
damper in the suction hood
is closed.
Filter cartridges saturated.
Filter cartridges damaged.
Motor blocked.
No mains voltage.

Remedy
Place exhaust hood closer.
Keep clean air outlet free of
obstruction.
Open damper in exhaust
hood to full extent.
Change filter cartridges.
Change filter cartridges.
Have it checked by an
electrician.
