When disposing of the device, please observe:
• Section 2.4 Safety Instructions for Operators
• Section 2.5 Safety Instructions for Maintenance and Fault Clearance
• The safety notes on the individual jobs specifically mentioned in this Section.
CAUTION
Comply with the legal obligations on waste prevention and correct
recycling/disposal during all work on and with the SmartMaster!
Disassembly work must be done with great care to ensure that no dust adhering to
the Smart Master is swirled up thus harming persons who are not involved with the
task. Therefore, for dismantling use a well-ventilated room with filtered air or a
suitable mobile filter unit. The work area should be cordoned off and marked. Swirled
up dust must be immediately cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner for dust class "H".
During the job, personal protective equipment such as protective clothing, gloves,
powered air respirator system etc. is to be worn to prevent exposure to hazardous
dusts.
Before you start dismantling, the unit must be cleaned and all dust still on and
inside the unit is to be removed. To do this, an industrial vacuum cleaner
for dust class "H" should be used.
At the start of the dismantling process the filters used are to be removed and
disposed of in a sealed plastic bag. Then the unit is disassembled and any dust that
is released is vacuumed up again every time. The parts can then be disposed of by
an authorized company after being sorted by material type.
Finally, the work area should be cleaned
