Lubricator does not
dispense or dispenses too
slowly
Lubricant dispenses too
quickly
Air between the piston and
the lubricant
Lubricator neck breaks
If the lubricator still fails to operate, contact your local SKF SYSTEM 24 supplier.
6. Recycling advice
Discard the lubricator must in accordance to the local regulations. Consider the lubricator
as an industrial waste (oils, greases, filters....).

Adjust the dispense rate
Activate the lubricator time

Clear the blockage by
forcing grease with a
grease gun through the
lubrication channels
Make sure that:
- excessive grease can
escape
- supply lines are not
longer than 300 mm
- supply lines have a inner
diameter of 6 mm
Adjust the dispense rate

protect the unit against
high ambient temperatures
