About this document

This instruction manual contains important information for the
safe and appropriate installation and commissioning of the Guided
Precision Cylinder Series GPC. It also contains information about
service and maintenance, and how to remedy simple
malfunctions.
Read this instruction manual carefully, especially chapter 2
"For your safety", before you start working with the Guided
Precision Cylinder Series GPC, which from now on will be
referred to as the GPC cylinder.
