ATTENTION! Before you switch the machine on, make sure all the thermostats (6)
are set to "0".
To remove the spit from the machine (15) slide it up and out of the base (16), tilt and remove.
Place meat on the spit (15) and then insert it back into the machine - slide it into the top bracket (1) and
then lower gently and insert into the base (16).
Adjust the distance between the heating elements / heating surface (3) and the meat - loosen adjustment
knobs (8) in the lower part of the main body (4) and then move the main body (4) forward or back as
required and tighten the knobs (8) to keep the main body (4) in place when in use.
ATTENTION! Exercise utmost care when adjusting, as elements of the main body (4) may be hot
and there is a risk of burns!
Use the ON / OFF switch (10) to switch the machine on (the control light (11) will come on and the spit
(15) together with the meat will start revolving), set the thermostats (6) to the desired power (thermostat
control lights will come on (5)). Once the meat is sufficiently grilled / heated up, slice it as required into the
scoop (12) using a kebab knife (not included).
Do not let sliced off meat remain on the lower working surface (9) as this will prevent fat dripping from
the meat from draining (14) into the fat collection tray (13).
When finished, set all thermostats (6) to "0" and switch the machine off using the ON / OFF switch (10).
