PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Place the device on a flat surface, capable of supporting its weight and resistant to high temperatures.
Ensure good ventilation in the room where the device is to be operated.
The power plug must be easily accessible in case the device must be switched off in emergency.
The device must be earthed. The grounding screw is located at the rear of the device; use it to attach the
earth conductor as per relevant safety regulations.
Make sure the temperature setting knob (3) is in the OFF position (heating switched off).
Connect the device to the power supply - the POWER indicator (1) will turn on. Place the food on the
grid and adjust the height of the top part of the device. Set the temperature with the knob (3) - the HEAT
indicator (2) will turn on. Once the wished temperature is reached, the HEAT indicator (2) will turn off, when
the temperature drops, the thermostat will turn heating on and the HEAT indicator (2) will turn on again.
When the process is completed, turn the temperature setting know (3) in the OFF position (turned off) and
disconnect the device from the mains.
NOTE! During operation, some parts of the device reach very high temperature, causing the risk of burning!
Never touch these parts with bare hands! It is recommended to use gloves when removing food from the
grid as well as kitchen appliances suitable for high temperatures.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

During transport, the machine should be protected from shaking, falling and turning upside down. Store it in
a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug the device before cleaning and after each use.
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried before reusing it
Store the unit in a dry, cool location, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
Never spray the device with water jets.
REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Regularly control whether the device is damaged. If it should be damaged, please stop using it immediately
and contact your customer service to solve the problem.

What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
If relevant, a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give a
detailed and precise description of the matter. Avoid ambiguous formulations like "the device does not
heat", which may mean either that it does not heat enough or that it does not heat at all. The more
detailed your information, the better the customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly
and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to a
loss of warranty!
