ATTENTION: After cleaning the brush, it is necessary to raise the container a bit in order to remove the security plug. Set
the plug in its blocks under the seat.
Do not move the container with the security plug inserted.

Central brush
When the machine does not clean properly or some leftovers remain on the floor, the central brush must be lowered as follows:
1. unscrew the locking ring part. 4 fig. 15,
2. adjust the knob Part. 3 Fig. 15 according to right position of the central brush
3. screw the locking ring back Part. 4 Fig. 15 making sure it is tight;
NOTE: To make sure the central brush is correctly registered measure its track as follows:
 after doing the adjustment, turn the machine on and without moving it or reversing it, leave it in the same place for at least 10-15 sec. with
the brush lowered and activated.
 turn the engine off, lift the central brush and move the machine until the track is visible on the ground as shown in Fig. 16.
IMPORTANT: The width of the track should not be less than 2 cm or more than 4 cm.

Side brush
When the side brush Part. 1 Fig. 15 does not push the dirt toward the central brush it is necessary to adjust its height as follows:

Unscrew the ring nut Part. 1 Fig. 15;

adjust the knob Part. 2 Fig. 15 according to right position of the side brush

fasten the locking ring back Part. 1 Fig. 15 making sure it is tight;

CONTAINER
Every 50/60 hours of work or when necessary wash the container with hot water and some plain detergent to avoid bacteria proliferation (use
rubber gloves).
ANTI-DUST SIDE GASKETS
Before adjusting the position of the anti-dust gasket:

turn the engine off

take a spanner of 10 – 13 mm

wear protection garments: gloves and mask
