Flush cutting blades are ideal for cutting
nails and other materials flush to floor or
work surface. When making a plunge cut
it is important to not use too much force.
This could cause excessive vibration
at the tool. Try using a lower speed
setting for the initial plunge. When using
a flush cutting blade against a delicate
surface, place a piece of scrap material
underneath to protect the surface.
Segmented saw blades can be used
for a wide variety of cutting applications
such as; cutting out electrical boxes in
drywall and vent holes in flooring. The
wood blades are ideal for cutting soft
and hard woods. When cutting metal be
sure to use a metal blade to increase the
life of your blade.
sandIng
Sanding pads and paper are suitable
for sanding dry wall mud, wood, metal
and other flat surfaces. Using one the
points of the sanding pad you are able
to sand into corners, edge and other
hard to reach place. Remember to not
use excessive pressure on the pad and
to let the tool do the work. To increase
performance of sanding make sure pad
is completely flat against work surface.

Fine (240) grit sandpaper is good to use
on metal, mud/plaster and finish sanding
on wood.
Medium (120) grit sandpaper is good to
use for general sanding on wood and
metal.
Course (60) grit sandpaper is good to
smooth rough wood and metal surfaces,
as well as removing oxidation.
