CAUTION!
After lubricating, hold the handpiece with the chuck
facing down. Operate the handpiece for 30 seconds to
expel any excess oil. If you notice any dirt coming out,
repeat the entire cleaning and lubrication process.
-Sterilisation
Sterilisation in an autoclave conforming to: EN 13060,
EN ISO 17665-1
CAUTION!
- Follow the instructions of the autoclave manufacturer.
- Clean, disinfect and lubricate the handpiece before
sterilisation. The presence of blood residues on the
external or internal surfaces can lead to the formation
of corrosion.
- Make sure that the handpiece is properly dried after
sterilisation.
Authorised sterilisation procedures
1) Seal the handpiece and its accessories in sterilisation
bags conforming to EN 868-5.
2) Sterilise the bagged handpiece in an autoclave
according to EN ISO 17665-1 standard and respect the
following conditions:
- Class B steam sterilisation in autoclaves conforming to
EN 13060 standard. Sterilisation time at least 3.5 minutes at 135 °C.
3) Remove the bag from the autoclave.
-Storage
- Keep the handpiece in the sterilisation bag until it is
needed.
- Once sterilised, store the product in a dry and dust-free
place, if possible with a low microbial charge.
CAUTION!
Respect the validity date for the sterilisation!
