Spray lance
Translation of the original operating instructions
Before using the attachment, read these operating instructions and familiarise
yourself with the operating instructions for the basic unit. The safety instructions
for the basic device also apply to the spray lance.

Purpose of use

The spray lance was designed to process mineral and resin-bonded coating materials
with a PlastCoat device by Wagner.
The spray lance and the ceiling spray lance are available as a pneumatic version
(2334116 and 2334119) and also as an automatic version (2334115 and 2334120).
Only the automatic version of the spray nozzle is available in combination with the
PC15, PC25 and PC35.

Combined material and air tap:
Open: material tap at 90° to spray lance
Closed: material tap points forwards

Texture tip:
Various texture tips can be used in the spray lance. The tip size depends on the
granular size of the coating material and the desired spray pattern.

Hand-grip: The hand-grip can mounted to either the right or left side of the spray
lance, depending on what is required. The thread on the other side can be closed
by way of the attached stoppers for protection.

CONNECTING THE SPRAY LANCE (FIG. 1)

Select a spray tip suitable for the material:
The tip size should amount to at least three times the granular size,
e.g. granular size
Make sure that the air holes in the tip are kept
free. If necessary clean with the cleaning pin
(0342 916).
2.
Mount the texture tip (3) in the spray lance with the cone pointing towards the spray
head.
