NOTICE
Improper transport
Damage to items of packaging.
» Handle items of packaging in accordance with the symbols and instructions shown on them.
» Do not drag them across the floor.
» When items of packaging are being transported they must be upright, secured with ropes and
protected against slipping.
» Be aware of the centre of gravity.
» Use the lifting points provided.
» When putting them down, do so slowly and evenly.
» Do not remove the transport packaging until immediately before erection.
» Once the device has been erected at the place of erection, remove the transport restraints.

5. Erection

 Set up on a solid, level floor suitable for the maximum load capacity of the cabinet.
 Use a spirit level to check horizontal levelling. If necessary, adjust the levelling base
[} Page 37] or use shim wedges.
 Positively attach the cabinet to the wall or floor to prevent it toppling.

5.1. ALIGNMENT

5.1.1. Adjusting adjustable base

Applies to: Basic cabinet, large-capacity base cabinet, shadowboard cabinet, Tool UNIT cabinet,
CNC cabinet, janitor's cabinet
ü Cabinet is completely empty.
1. Take lower storage shelf out of cabinet by lifting it at the holes on the sides.
CAUTION! Risk of cuts. Wear safety gloves.
2. Adjust four or eight levelling feet inside the cabinet using a 5 mm hexagon L-wrench.
3. Use a spirit level to check horizontal levelling.
4. Repeat procedure until cabinet is perfectly level.

5.2. ANCHORING TO THE WALL

Employ at least two persons when anchoring the cabinet.

5.2.1. cabinet

ü Wall plugs and screws chosen to match wall.
ü Floor has sufficient load-bearing capacity.
1. Mark drilling spots through the holes in the cabinet's rear and move cabinet out of the way.
2. Drill holes in wall, insert wall plugs and screw cabinet to wall.
