3. If using the fastenings supplied, drill the holes Ø 8 mm; using other the fastenings, drill the
holes to suit those fastenings.
4. Insert plugs.
5. Insert hex-head bolts or the chosen fastenings through the holes in the back of the cabinet,
and through the spacers.
6. Position the cabinet on the wall and bolt it to the wall using the hex-head bolts or the chosen
fastenings.

6.8.1. Stepped shelf

1. Use four shelf carriers for each shelf. Insert the shelf carriers raised at the rear part.
» Shelf carrier's hooks face downwards.
2. Insert two insertion catches over the shelf carriers at the rear.

6.9. TOOL UNIT CABINET, CNC CABINET

6.9.1. Installing the UNIT carrier and tool carrier for stepped storage

1. Insert the mounting rails in the side suspension strips of the cabinet.
2. Slide the tool carrier or UNIT carrier on to desired position on the mounting rail.
3. Working from above, insert an M6 collared screw with a flattened half-round head into the
mounting rail and screw it into the M6 threaded insert.

8. Cleaning

Do not use chemical, alcoholic, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents. Wipe down powder-
coated surfaces (such as body, metal panelling, drawers, storage shelves) with lukewarm,
dampened cloth. Clean polycarbonate windows with window cleaner and a soft, clean, non-abras-
ive cloth.

9. Spare parts

Order original spare parts from the Hoffmann Group Customer Service.
Action
Check for externally evident damage, defects and for good con-
dition. Check the edges and guides for signs of wear.
 If defective, immediately block access and prevent use.
 Have the damage repaired immediately.
Grease any locks and wheels with multi-function oil.
