Using the LINE IN Jack

Connect the unit as described
previously. Press the Power On button
to turn the unit on; the Power indicator
will light.

Connect the external unit to the LINE
IN jack.
Notes:
• It is highly recommended to set the volume
on the auxillary unit to 1/3 or lower to
avoid distortion.
• Skipping files/tracks is not possible when
using an external device.

Repeatedly press the FUNCTION
button until the display shows "AU" to
select the AUX mode.

Adjust the volume to a comfortable
level using the MASTER VOLUME
control.

Connect microphone(s) as shown on
page E - 5, and slide the ON/OFF
switch to the ON position.

Adjust the MIC VOLUME control as
desired. Increasing this control will
increase the volume of the respective
microphone.
