6.4.7 Headrests

The rehab buggy has one head support model for use with or without padding respectively.
Using the head support without padding
1) Pass the two attachment straps of the head support around the back support on the back side (see fig. 41).
2) Connect the two closures on the back side and pull the straps tight (not illustrated).
Using the head support with padding
1) Find a position that is appropriate for the padding (see fig. 42) and screw the head support to the middle sec­
tion of the back support pad at the desired height (see fig. 50, item 1).
2) Remove the head support and the padding prior to folding up the rehab buggy.

6.4.8 "Swivelling" front wheels with integrated swivel lock

The rehab buggy can be equipped with swivelling front wheels to make steering easier. If needed, the caster
wheels can be locked with the integrated swivel lock. This function increases directional stability on uneven
ground.
The swivel lock is installed by the specialist dealer or manufacturer prior to delivery.
1) Activate swivel lock: Turn the locking pin on the two front wheels by 90° and allow it to engage in the hole of
the caster fork (see fig. 43).
2) Deactivate swivel lock: Pull the locking pin out of the caster forks on the two front wheels and turn the lock­
ing pin by 90° so that it remains in the open position (see fig. 44).
