The appliance becomes very hot during operation, also on the outer sur-
faces. Therefore, be sure to maintain sufficient clearance between the ap-
pliance and all flammable objects; also, provide for sufficient ventilation.
Always use pot holders whenever the appliance is in operation or as long
as it is still hot.

Your oven is ideal for daily use in preparing a wide variety of foods. Since
cooking times can vary, we recommend that you keep an eye on the cooking
process and check the food regularly for doneness.

For some recipes we recommend pre-heating the appliance. For these reci-
pes, switch on the appliance 5 to 10 minutes ahead of time and select the
temperature specified in the recipe.

For cooking with bottom heat we recommend using the bottom level and for
top heat the top level.

Do not use metal objects for cleaning the housing or baking sheet. The bak-
ing sheet is not suitable for cutting. Never cut cake or pizza on the baking
sheet.

The appliance becomes hot during operation; therefore, always use pot hold-
ers.
6.
Do not use the glass door for setting down pots or other objects when it is
open; otherwise, the glass could become damaged.
7.
Always open the glass door carefully; escaping hot air could result in burns.
8.
We recommend using the oven to keep food that has finished cooking warm
only for a short time, since otherwise it can dry out.
