INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY (Fig. 1 – 13)
1. The fork and rear wheel are pre-assembled on delivery
2. Loosen the rubber cap on the head of the fork. Then unscrew the Allen
screw at the head of the fork completely and remove it together with the
cover as shown in figures 1 and 2.
3. Attach the handlebar with stem to the fork as shown in figure 3. The heads
of the Allen screws point to the right side. Make sure that the handlebar
clamp integrated in the handlebar is pushed down as far as possible.
4. Screw the screw at the fork head together with the cover back onto the fork
as shown in figure 4. Be careful not to tighten the screw completely.
5. Make sure that the handlebar is in the correct 90° position to the frame
or parallel to the fork before tightening the handlebar clamp as shown in
figure 5.
6. Tighten the fork capscrew as shown in figure 6.
7. Put the rubber cap on the screw at the fork head as shown in figure 7 and 8.
8. Now mount the front wheel. First loosen the screws with the washers from
the axle and insert the axle ends into the holes at the lower end of the fork
as shown in figure 9.
9. Now screw the previously loosened screws and washers from the outside
into the internal thread of the axles as shown in figure 10. Mount the screws
evenly to reduce the tension in the fork and ensure the front wheel is cente-
red. Figure 11 shows a correctly mounted front wheel.
10. Insert the saddle into the seat tube and tighten the bolt on the seat clamp
to the desired saddle height as shown in figure 12. Make sure you do not
exceed the maximum seat height by not pulling the seat post out further
than the „MAX" mark, as exceeding the maximum seat height can cause
serious injury. Also make sure that the saddle is correctly aligned parallel to
the frame as shown in figure 13.
11. Then attach the handlebar impact protection to the handlebar stem using
the hook-and-loop fasteners.
12. Finally, inflate the tyres. The maximum air pressure should not exceed 2.4
bar. When inflating, please make sure that the tube lies evenly in the rim
and is not twisted. The casing must also sit evenly on the rim and must not
push the tube in at any point.
